K.A.T (KoçSistem Activity Community) is the platform for employees who love to add flavor, fun, color, music, and art to life, doing everything we thought we didn’t have time for while working, from fun in-office activities to out-of-office excursions and concerts to discovering different flavors.

With our “I’m In” social responsibility platform, we, as KoçSistem employees, come together to find and implement projects that contribute to our society by combining our efforts and strength.

Under the umbrella of Koç Holding, we enjoy exclusive privileges and discounts at dozens of different stores, entertainment venues, cinemas, on travels, and much more with our renewed “KoçAilem” card offered to the entire Koç group.

We can participate in all sports activities organized throughout the year by the Koç Sports Community. Moreover, we have the chance to compete individually or by forming our teams in the Koç Community Sports Festival, which is the first corporate sports festival in Turkey every year.

As part of the Healthy Living Program, we say that both physical and mental health are integral, and we add health to our everyday life with specially prepared programs. For those of us who want support on healthy eating, we can easily make an appointment with our dietitian who comes to our office once a week. For all our employees who want psychological counseling support, we can also receive free services from an independent consulting firm.

Thanks to our gym at Çamlıca Business Center, which is open outside of working hours, sports are much more accessible in our lives. Our free pilates classes also take place in this gym.
