Türkiye'nin ve Dünya'nın farklı sektörlerdeki liderleri, Nesnelerin İnterneti Zirvesi ile 2017’de dijital dönüşümü tartıştı. KoçSistem Genel Müdürü Mehmet Ali Akarca’nın panelist olarak yer aldığı Dijital Dönüşüm CEO Paneli'ne; Deniz Bank CEO’su Hakan Ateş, Carrefoursa Genel Müdürü Hakan Ergin, İGA Havalimanları İnşaatı CEO‘su Yusuf Akçayoğlu, Borusan Lojistik Genel Müdürü İbrahim Dölen panelist olarak katıldı. Mehmet Ali Akarca konuşmasında, “KoçSistem 70 yılı aşkın birikimi ile sektörde her konuda öncü olduğu gibi dijital dönüşümde de öncü. Bu dönüşüm dalgasını önceden görerek müşterilerimizin dijital dönüşümünü sağlayacak pek çok projeyi hayata geçirdik ve geçirmeye devam edeceğiz” dedi. Büyük veri ve analitiğin önemiyle birlikte, bu verinin güvenli bir şekilde depolanmasının önemini vurgulayan Akarca, KoçSistem tarafından geliştirilen vardiya robotundan bahsetti. ''KoçSistem olarak IOT tarafında 1.8 Milyon sensörü yönetiyoruz.'' ifadesini kullandı.
