KoçSistem, Cisco ile yıllardır sürdürdüğü stratejik iş birliğini “Cisco Telepresence İleri Seviye Teknoloji İş Ortağı” sertifikası ile bir üst seviyeye taşıdı.

KoçSistem, “Cisco Telepresence İleri Seviye Teknoloji İş Ortağı” sertifikası ile yüksek kalite standartlarında hizmet verdiğini bir kez daha kanıtladı. 2009 yılında, Cisco tarafından verilen “Yılın Tümleşik İletişim İş Ortağı”, “Yılın Büyük Kurumsal Müşteriler İş Ortağı” ve “Yılın Hizmet İş Ortağı” ödüllerine de layık görülen KoçSistem, bu sertifika sayesinde, Cisco ile yıllardır sürdürdüğü iş ortaklığını bir üst seviyeye taşımış oldu.

KoçSistem, bu sertifikayı almak için satış, teknik ve hizmet kapasitesine yeni yatırımlar yaparak çalışanlarına başta Cisco’nun sertifikalı eğitimleri olmak üzere, ilgili hizmet kategorilerinde farklı eğitim olanakları hazırladı.

KoçSistem Cisco Telepresence İleri Seviye Teknoloji İş Ortağı sertifikası ile Cisco ürünleri de dahil olmak üzere video konferans ürün ailesinin satış, bakım ve desteğini müşterilerine sunarken ses ve video ürünleri pazarında rekabet avantajı da elde etmiş oldu.
