Open Innovation & Ecosystem
Within the scope of open innovation, we work with startups operating in the fields of technology at the focus of KoçSistem and KoçDigital, and we develop common and shared value proposals for our customers on different technology domains. Startups are evaluated according to their technologies at KoçSistem's focus areas such; as IoT, Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security; maturity of the product and solution, innovative value proposition and potential for commercial value: Startup companies are selected as a result of these studies and the selected ones are joining our partner ecosystem. As KoçSistem, we carry out joint customer development, go-to-market strategies, joint marketing activities and customer visits with our partners.
Within the scope of ecosystem studies, we cooperate with Turkey's leading Universities, Technopolis’s, Technology Transfer Offices, venture acceleration centers and investor organizations. We work very closely with our stakeholders in the ecosystem in order to develop shared strategies, initiate new projects, evaluate startups and for mentoring, training purposes.
Intrapreneurship
Within the scope of intrapreneurship, we operate a model in which our employees are involved in the process with different in-house projects and competitions. Wit a result of this, effective outputs that can benefit KoçSistem and the ecosystem are produced. We encourage our internal employees to develop ideas and projects with Marathons (longer version of Hackathon) in the field of IoT, Artificial Intelligence and RPA. We try to create a value with the projects that come out of Marathons and Ideathons and we also try to provide commercial and technological benefits.
At the same time, we aim to increase the intrapreneurship culture with trainings and projects that we organize for our employees.
