Sustainability for the Environment;
Acting with the awareness and awareness that our most important issue for a sustainable future is to protect the environment, we adopt the goal of becoming "Green Data Centers" in our data centers, and we make our investments in this direction. In addition, we act sensitively to the environment with energy monitoring projects in our working locations. We are expanding our contribution to the environment by offering the products and solutions we have developed to the entire business world. We reduce unnecessary paper consumption by digitizing our business with paperless office applications.
Sustainability for Human;
As KoçSistem, we support the professional and personal development of our employees by adopting a competency-oriented working philosophy for human beings, and develop programs for the business world to reach a qualified workforce. We offer a safe working environment to our employees and provide many opportunities such as dieticians and psychologists to protect both their physical and mental health.
KoçSistem Academy gathers trainings designed to support the expertise, leadership and personal development of our employees under one roof. Thanks to this system, our employees can manage their own personal development. These trainings, which have exceeded 80,000 hours, include expertise, leadership and personal development. In 2022, our KoçSistem Academy Plus platform was awarded the Gold award in the "Best Advance in Creating a Learning Strategy" category of the Brandon Hall Awards and in the "Best Strategy for a Corporate Learning University" category of the Stevie Awards for Great Employers. With KoçDigital Academy, which we have structured under the umbrella of KoçDigital, we offer training programs focused on data and advanced analytics for business professionals in various sectors.
With our programs supported by national and international education and consultancy institutions, we have provided more than 610 hours of training with more than 500 participants since 2019 and implemented more than 300 projects. In order to train qualified human resources, under the roof of KoçSistem Academy, we are launching “Young Talent Training” programs for new graduates or senior students in the fields of cyber security, data analyst, software development, marketing and sales.
We supported more than 100 young people to plan their careers with the Young Talent programs we conducted in 2022 under the umbrella of KoçSistem Academy. We provided more than 950 hours of training in total with 8 different young talent programs.
With our KoçDigital HR Analytics products, we ensure that companies hire the right people suitable for their vacant positions, improve employee performance and increase employee retention.
With our RPA digital workforce solutions, we enable our colleagues with high competencies to work more qualified and in a way that creates added value by performing standard work and processes with robots.
Sustainability for Society;
With our “Family Hour” project, which emphasizes the need for “healthy” and “useful” use of technology, together with our educational partner AÇEV and our book partner Yapı Kredi Publishing, we raise awareness of parents and children about healthier screen use.
As part of the Mother and Father Support Programs organized by AÇEV, we provided training to more than 3500 families. As KoçSistem, we continue our efforts to raise awareness on Gender Equality. It continues to raise awareness within the scope of the HeForShe movement, which brings state leaders, companies and universities together for gender equality, carried out by the UN Women, and that gender equality concerns not only women but all segments of society.

At the same time, we adopt the circular economy approach in our business model and offer products and services that will ensure resource efficiency.
We offer a comprehensive solution package to our customers with smart operations, energy monitoring and emission management, supply chain, advanced analytics and cloud solutions.
We offer our "Energy Monitoring" solution for the use of our customers, which enables us to use today's energy resources in the best way and is an important expense item in the operational costs of institutions. By monitoring their energy consumption, we enable companies to reduce unnecessary consumption, report product-based energy costs more accurately, and estimate future energy use and thus cost.
As KoçSistem, we offer our Cloud and Data Center solutions to enable companies to establish a sustainable information technology infrastructure and reduce the environmental impact of their operations. While increasing the sustainability of production by real-time production monitoring with Platform 360, we extend the life of the machine with predictive maintenance.
With our analytical solutions, we digitize every aspect of the supply chain, from optimizing stocks to forecasting demands, and prevent inefficiency and environmental impacts arising from excess stocks.
We help organizations minimize their paper consumption with Pixage, our digital publishing product, and e-invoice and e-ledger products in our e-solutions product family. We carry out joint customer development, joint marketing and market entry studies with the initiatives we cooperate with. We develop cooperation with Turkey's leading Universities, Technopolises, Technology Transfer Offices, startup acceleration centers and investor organizations. We work in close contact with our stakeholders in the ecosystem on many issues, especially on entrepreneurial evaluation, joint project development, mentoring and training. With our Techsquare B2B venture platform, we evaluated over 500 startup solutions and made strategic cooperation with 18 of them.
We also contribute to the sustainability of our customers with our entrepreneurship ecosystem.
With the "Smart Energy Management and Irrigation" solution we offer to our customers with Esular, we update the irrigation scenarios depending on the changing conditions and keep the savings at the maximum level.
With the "Smart Air Conditioning and Air Quality Monitoring" solution we offer to our customers with Sensegreen, we read values such as temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, air quality, dust, and carbon dioxide through a single sensor, detecting deterioration in advance, and ensure efficient use of resources.
With our "Smart Agriculture" solution that we offer to our customers with Agrinte, we monitor the instant conditions in the field, predict the diseases and pests that may arise from sudden changes and take precautions against the pests, thus contributing to sustainability in agriculture.
